Johanna Grusch

Johanna Grusch is currently serving as Strategy Partner to the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Strategy Manager at the LEGO Group since January 2022. Previously, Johanna held various positions at Bain & Company from 2016 to September 2021, including Manager, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Additional experience includes time as an Editorial Assistant at The Economist in 2014 and as a Hydropower Project Finance Analyst at ENGIE in 2015. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Economic Policy from Sciences Po, a BA in Political Economy from King's College London, and an MA in Sustainable Development from Peking University, complemented by an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore and a summer campus program in Korea University. Johanna completed early education at Bundesgymnasium Horn, finishing with distinction as the top student.
