Jonas Bundgaard

Jonas Bundgaard is an experienced professional in transformation and agile coaching, currently serving as Transformation Lead and Executive Coach at the LEGO Group since August 2021. Prior to this, Jonas held the position of Head of Ways of Working & Processes at Danske Bank, where contributions were made to the Better Bank initiative from September 2018 to August 2021. Jonas has also served as Head of Agile Coaching and Principal Agile Coach & Transformation Lead at RAC WA, as well as in various agile coaching roles at Bankwest and Seven West Media from 2015 to 2018. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at d60 and TRIAX A/S, and system development at Jubii A/S. Academic qualifications include a Scrum Master certification from Scrummaster.dk and an AP in Computer Science from Aarhus Business College and Aarhus Business Academy.
