Laure le Berre

Laure Le Berre has been with the LEGO Group since February 2011, serving in various leadership roles including Operations Director and Head of Demand Planning for France Iberia. Responsibilities include managing demand planning teams, implementing S&OP processes, and overseeing customer development strategies. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Demand Planning, S&OP Manager, and Demand Planner at Bristol-Myers Squibb, alongside earlier positions in logistics and supply chain analysis at Sony France and L'Oréal Paris. Laure holds a Master's degree from emlyon business school, awarded in 2010.
