Liz Elder currently serves as the Global Head of Learning & Development at the LEGO Group, where responsibility includes overseeing global Leadership and Organisation Development and designing the Leadership Playground, the organization's signature leadership culture. With a robust background as an HR Management Consultant at PA Consulting, Liz Elder has specialized in strategic people capability, HR transformation, and change management across various sectors. Notable projects include leading the TUPE transfer of staff at MAXIMUS UK and developing change management strategies for significant IT transformations at the Home Office and Sussex Police. Liz Elder holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
