Maja Luckos

Maja Luckos is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people analytics, currently serving as Vice President of People Analytics and Insights at the LEGO Group since January 2024. Previously, Maja held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce from July 2018 to January 2024, including Vice President of Employee Success and Senior Director of Employee Success Business Partner. Maja’s career also includes significant positions at Capgemini, where responsibilities spanned from Head of People Analytics to HR Business Partner, and prior experience as HR Manager at Crussh Juice Bars and General Manager/HR district trainer at Mitchells & Butlers. Maja holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
