Sara Rossley has over a decade of experience in product development, insights, and digital analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Replay and Circular Business Models at the LEGO Group since February 2015, Sara has spearheaded the North America Replay program within LEGO's Sustainability group and managed retail product development strategies. Previous roles at LEGO included Global Insights Manager and Retail Product Development Manager, where strategic insights and portfolio optimization were key responsibilities. Prior to LEGO, Sara worked at Teach for America as Digital Analytics Manager, at The Hartford Financial Services Group as Associate Product Manager, and co-founded Bentley Microfinance Group. Sara also gained early experience with internships at L'Oreal S.A. and General Electric. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from Bentley University.
