Sebastian Kowalczyk

Sebastian Kowalczyk is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at the LEGO Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sebastian held various positions at Panasonic CEE Group, including Finance Manager and Head of Controlling, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance with internal control policies. Sebastian's expertise also includes senior financial controlling at Gibson Innovations, product controlling at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and auditing at PwC. An ACCA member, Sebastian holds dual Master's degrees in Economics and Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and the University of Warsaw, respectively.
