Tami Richardt

Tami Richardt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategic execution. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Portfolio and Delivery Office at the LEGO Group since June 2021, Tami previously held prominent roles at EY from January 2015 to May 2021, including Partner and Executive Director within the Digital EMEAI Advisory Center. This role involved supporting sales for EY’s largest accounts in the EMEAI region and emerging markets while focusing on intellectual property development. Tami's earlier career includes positions at Accenture, where Tami advanced from consultant to Senior Manager, and a role as a Process Engineer at FLSmidth. Tami holds an HD degree from Copenhagen Business School and a Cand. Polyt. in Chemistry from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, along with a BAC from Lycee Comte De Foix.
