With extensive experience in sustainability education, Cindy serves as a Strategy Consultant for The Lemelson Foundation's Engineering for One Planet initiative, working to transform engineering education to incorporate social and environmental sustainability. Previous roles include Director of Faculty & Sustainability Initiatives at VentureWell, Hospital Facilities Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières, and founding director of sustainability programs at both the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and The Biomimicry Institute. Cindy's educational background includes advanced degrees in biology and education, alongside numerous certifications in online education and sustainability.
