Federica Balboni

Federica Balboni is an experienced campaign development professional currently serving as the Campaign Development Manager for the "Students of the Year" initiative at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since September 2024. Prior to this role, Federica worked at BENlabs from January 2022 to September 2024 as a Campaign Manager for charity clients, managing multiple accounts, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing donor engagement through innovative campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles at Tech Kids Unlimited and GREYSTON, featuring responsibilities in grant writing, donor database management, and event coordination. Federica has demonstrated a commitment to advancing women's leadership through work with Federica's Honor Mentoring and has engaged in various fundraising efforts across organizations like Make-A-Wish and the American Cancer Society. Federica holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University.
