Gurshaman Baweja

Gurshaman Baweja serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since August 2022. Prior to this role, Gurshaman accumulated extensive experience at Texas Instruments from April 1996 to October 2022, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where oversight of a global IT enterprise team of over 1,500 personnel was conducted, alongside managing the IT budget and strategy. Additional positions held at Texas Instruments include Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Solutions, Chief Architect of Information Technology, and Director of Supply Chain & Business Intelligence Solutions, showcasing leadership in global operations, strategy formulation, and innovative technology implementation within the semiconductor industry. Gurshaman's educational background includes a Ph.D. and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, along with an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
