Jill Merrifield

Jill Merrifield is a seasoned leader in enterprise business architecture and project management with extensive experience spanning various organizations. As Senior Director of Enterprise Business Architecture at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since October 2019, Jill has played a crucial role in enterprise transformation and the development of Target Business Architecture to support philanthropic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of CRM Solutions, where Jill managed Salesforce-related teams, and IT Project Manager, coordinating projects to align with company goals. Prior experience at Design Within Reach involved leading initiatives and developing standard operating processes, while consultancy work provided strategic guidance to clients on operations management and best practices. Jill’s background also includes a significant tenure at GE Capital, where oversight of PMO processes contributed to the management of a substantial asset portfolio. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keene State College.
