Katie Kourtakis

Katie Kourtakis is an experienced Salesforce professional currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since September 2023. Previously, Katie was a Salesforce Consultant at Data Geeks Lab from January 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included client support, project management, and Salesforce implementations. Prior to that, Katie held the position of Salesforce Administrator at Friendship Circle of Michigan, leading a team of users and developing customized solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Katie also gained foundational experience as a Salesforce Administrator Intern and worked in data management roles at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ripon College and has continued education at Grand Circus since 2017.
