Orlando Ashworth

Orlando Ashworth, MHRM, MA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. With a robust career in human resources, Orlando has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and Vice President of Human Resources Consulting at AARP. Additionally, Orlando is a retired Major from the United States Marine Corps, where the role of Manpower Officer was undertaken. Orlando holds an Executive Certificate in Compensation Studies from Cornell University and further education from Webster University.
