Morgan Spears

Morgan Jean Francois (Spears) is an experienced Technical Designer with a focus on activewear and women's garments, currently contributing at The Levy Group since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at BANDIER, FULLBEAUTY Brands, and Victoria's Secret Pink, where Morgan managed product fit and communicated specifications to ensure quality across various apparel categories. Morgan has a strong background in leading fit sessions and utilizing technologies such as Browzwear 3D and Flex PLM to enhance fit accuracy.
