Simon McGrath

Simon McGrath has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Liberal Democrat Federal Council and Conference Committee, as well as a Member of the Federal Board since January 2018. Simon is also a Liberal Democrat Councillor for Wimbledon Town and Dundonald Ward and has held the role of Vice Chair on the Planning Committee for the London Borough of Merton. In the non-profit sector, Simon acts as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a Board Member for Evolve Housing+Support, a leading homelessness charity in London. Previous positions include Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Société Générale, Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Willis, and Interim Head of Reward roles at both Birds Eye and a leading Irish financial services firm. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cass Business School, an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, and a BSc in Economics from City, University of London.
