Lydia Rose

Lydia Rose, MHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. since July 2021, Lydia previously held positions at Nationwide from September 2016 to July 2021, including Administrative Support Coordinator and Insurance Service Representative II. Lydia's earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Lead at Walgreens and General Manager at Five Guys Enterprises. Lydia is actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving on The Diversity and Inclusion Council for the Gainesville Campus, as well as being a liaison for the All Women Associate Resource Group. Lydia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rasmussen University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Santa Fe College, where an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management was also earned.
