Vanessa Dane-Slagle

Vanessa Dane-Slagle is an experienced sales assistant at The Libman Company since April 2018, demonstrating expertise in sales support. Previously, Vanessa served as a BMA at Acosta from January 2015 to April 2018, coordinating the Kroger Project Mercury and Vendor Item Portal. From September 2012 to December 2014, Vanessa held the position of Fundraising/Event Coordinator at The First Tee of Greater Portland, where responsibilities included writing thank you notes to donors, creating newsletters, collaborating with wineries for events, and requesting donations. Prior to this, Vanessa was a stay-at-home mom from May 2008 to September 2012. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant Buyer at Fred Meyer from August 2003 to May 2008, where responsibilities encompassed purchasing and advertising solar lighting, fans, and other products, as well as managing inventory. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Oregon, earned between 1999 and 2001.
