Cindy Phillips has extensive experience in library management and product training, currently serving as the Manager of Implementation and Product Training and Product Owner at The Library Corporation since May 2017. Previously, Cindy held the position of Manager of Library Materials Services at Arapahoe Library District from July 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included collection management, needs assessments, and strategic implementation of services. Cindy's earlier role as Online and Outreach Library Manager at Jefferson County Public Library from August 2004 to July 2013 involved overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and participating in management teams for strategic planning. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
