Matthew's career began at Uline, where responsibilities included managing all facilities personnel and equipment across a substantial portfolio of 1.8 million square feet. Educational credentials include training from Tyco/Simplex Grinnell and Ledet Graphics Training Center, along with attendance at the University of Georgia and Stetson University.
