John Gibbs

John Gibbs, M.A., ILEM, serves as the Director of BSC Operations at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc., since February 2019, where efforts have focused on creating sustainable employment opportunities for individuals who are blind, Deafblind, and disabled, including the successful opening of four retail stores on military bases, contributing to a significant revenue increase. As President of Kinetic Consulting Group, LLC, since September 2018, John has utilized extensive experience in program and operations management, gained during a 22-year career with the U.S. Army, where John led significant strategic initiatives and projects. Educational achievements include pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University and holding master's degrees in International Relations and Conflict Resolution and a graduate certificate in Applied Project Management.
