Daven Roshan

Daven Roshan has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with roles at Cape Advisors, GI Partners, SHVO, and currently at Lightstone. Starting as an Investment Analyst & Project Manager at Cape Advisors in 2014, they then moved on to become a Senior Associate at GI Partners in 2017, a Director of Investments at SHVO in 2020, and is now serving as the Vice President - Investments at Lightstone since 2022. Their responsibilities have included underwriting, diligence, closing transactions, managing analyst teams, preparing investment plans, and overseeing real estate development projects.

Daven Roshan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in the School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 2014. Daven also holds additional certifications in Hotel Revenue Management and Investments and Asset Management from the same institution.
