Sunshine Oey

Director of Service Desk and Support at The Linde Group

Sunshine Oey has worked in various roles since 2007. Sunshine started their career as a Leadership Development Program Coordinator at the Center for Student Leadership, UC Berkeley in 2007. In 2010, they became the Immersion Experiences Program Manager at the UC Berkeley Public Service Center, where they oversaw, designed, and implemented the W. T. Chan Fellowship Program. In 2015, they joined The Linde Group, Inc. as the Director of Service Desk and Support. In this role, they lead, managed, mentored, and supported a team of two Senior Managers. Sunshine also developed and maintained successful relationships with 30+ service desk clients and coached staff in communications, enforced processes, and identified and resolved potential client issues.

Sunshine Oey obtained their Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in 2003, majoring in Sociology and minoring in American Ethnicity Interdisciplinary Comparative Ethnic Studies. Sunshine then went on to obtain a Master of Education (MEd) in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland in 2007.
