Abd ur Rehman Hashmi

Abd ur Rehman Hashmi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Data Specialist at Linksys, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ingram Micro from 2018 to 2022, holding various roles including Business Development Specialist from March 2021 to September 2022, Product Manager from April 2019 to March 2021, and Sales Specialist (Fujitsu Enterprise) from January 2018 to March 2019.

Abd ur Rehman also has experience working at Trillium Information Security Systems as a Channel Account Manager from February 2015 to October 2016, and as a Channel Sales Executive from March 2013 to January 2015. In these positions, they were responsible for channel management and establishing strong business relationships with partners, as well as driving sales for Kaspersky Labs corporate products in the Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan region.

Before Trillium Information Security Systems, they worked as an Administration Intern at Alcatel-Lucent for a short period in February 2013, where they assisted the Administration Manager in daily office operations. Additionally, Abd ur Rehman had an internship experience at Meezan Bank Ltd in July 2011, where they closely collaborated with the Business Development team, handled customer queries, and reported any deviations from quality standards to the Quality Assurance team.

Abd ur Rehman Hashmi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Bahria University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Sir Syed College from 2005 to 2007 and completed their Intermediate degree in the field of FSc. (pre-engg).

In addition to their formal education, Abd ur Rehman Hashmi obtained several certifications related to sales and marketing. In October 2013, they completed the certification course on "How to sell Kaspersky Labs' solutions to different types of customers" at Kaspersky Lab. Abd ur Rehman also achieved the "Sales Specialist of Kaspersky Lab Consumer Solutions" and "Sales Specialist of Kaspersky Lab Corporate Solutions" certifications in the same month and year, both from Kaspersky Lab.
