Esther García Martín

Esther García Martín currently serves as Program Manager & Chief of Staff for Linux Foundation Europe, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Esther was Head of People & Operations at Athenian, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and implementing organizational development processes from December 2019 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at source{d}, overseeing team onboarding and lifecycle management, and as Billing Manager and Office Manager at Fever!, coordinating billing across multiple locations and managing office operations. Esther's career began with internships in human resources at Inditex and protocol assistance at Ayuntamiento de Alcorcón, as well as an editorial internship at Onda Cero Radio. Esther holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
