Jorge Barbosa

Jorge Barbosa has extensive experience in full-stack development, with a focus on implementing and maintaining web and web API applications. Jorge has a strong background in platform engineering, DevOps engineering, and test development.

Jorge has worked with various technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Angular, Node.js, and SQL Server. Jorge has also gained experience in implementing and configuring CI/CD pipelines and utilizing tools such as GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and Azure.

Throughout their career, Jorge has worked for companies such as The Linux Foundation, iFood, JZ Resgate, Fujitsu, Liberty Insurance Brazil, Itaú Unibanco, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), Reliance Asset Management, and HDI Group.

Jorge Barbosa's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Jorge pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and completed their studies in 2015. Later, in 2018 and 2019, Jorge attended FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, where they obtained a technical license in data analysis and data mining with machine learning.

Additionally, Jorge obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they completed the "Fundamentos de Arquitetura de Software" certification from desenvolvedor.io. Furthermore, in February 2023, Jorge earned two certifications from The Linux Foundation: "LFC191: Open Source Licensing Basics for Software Developers" and "LFD121: Developing Secure Software."
