Kaela Dickens has extensive experience in operations and youth development, currently serving as Operations Manager at AirTime Trampoline & Game Parks since October 2017, overseeing staff and daily operational functions. Simultaneously, Kaela has worked as Assistant Gym Director and previously as Gym Director at The Little Gym International, Inc., focusing on children's skills development, safety, and the business management of gym operations. Previous roles include Marketing and Ticketing Intern at The Deltaplex, Program Specialist at YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids, and coaching youth basketball. Kaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Leadership from Grand Valley State University and has a solid background in hospitality as well.
