Doug Lapp

Doug Lapp has extensive experience in the field of artisan relations, supply chain management, and fair trade. Doug started their career at Ten Thousand Villages US in 2001, where they held various roles including Buyer, Senior Buyer, and Director of Artisan Relations/Purchasing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing relationships with producer groups, evaluating compliance with fair trade standards, and overseeing the supply chain of emerging market enterprises. Doug also served as a liaison to international fair trade organizations. In 2021, Doug joined The Little Market as the Senior Artisan Relations and Supply Chain Strategist before being promoted to Director of Programs in April 2022.
