Alexandra Streblow

Alexandra Streblow has a strong background in human resources and hospitality management. Alexandra started their career in 2001 as a Front of House Manager at Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands, and worked their way up to Director of Human Resources at The Little Nell in 2019. Along the way, they gained experience as a Training Manager at The Roaring Fork Club, Director of Housekeeping at The Ritz-Carlton Club, and Human Resources Director at Snowmass Club.

Alexandra Streblow earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas in 1996. Alexandra then obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in 1998. In 2015, they also became certified as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM.
