Colby Robertson, MSc, PAg, is an experienced agronomist specializing in potato cultivation and commercialization. Currently serving as a Variety Commercialization Agronomist at The Little Potato Company Ltd since September 2022, Colby leads research for the improvement and sustainable growth of proprietary potato varieties in North America. Previous roles include contributions to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada as a volunteer member of the Canadian Agricultural Youth Council, a Global Product Owner at McCain Foods focused on digital transformation, and a Potato Agronomist at Cavendish Farms. Colby possesses a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from The University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba.
