Debbie Williams began their work experience at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 1997 as an RN. Debbie worked in this role until April 2001. In 2008, they joined The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland as the Chief Operations Officer, a position they currently hold.
Debbie Williams obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Villa Julie College, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997. Their earliest educational experience was at Kaplan College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from 1985 to 1989.
