Michael Shry

Michael Shry is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in systems support and desktop technician roles at The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland since June 2018. Responsibilities included troubleshooting desktop and printer issues for 100 internal users and leading four significant projects, such as laptop encryption removal and password manager rollout. Prior experience includes a seasonal role as a Park Maintenance Worker at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and several summers as a Line Cook at Bayside Resort Golf Club. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, alongside an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Howard Community College.
