Fleur Mertens

Fleur Mertens is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Quality of People Manager at The Logic Factory since February 2020, Fleur focuses on aligning human capital with company initiatives and stakeholder needs. Prior roles include Global HR Manager, Head of Human Resources, and HR Business Partner at TIAS Business School, where responsibilities encompassed career development and employer relations.
