Mark Crouse

Mark Crouse is an accomplished business operations and management professional with extensive experience in strategic project implementation and operational optimization. Currently serving as a Fractional Chief of Staff at Cohesion Crafted since February 2024, Mark provides fractional services to enhance business operations and facilitate team development. In addition, Mark contributes to the Advisory Board of Speakcore, focusing on Life Science Speaker Bureaus since January 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Logic Factory from April 2020 to November 2023, driving performance improvements in global supply chain planning and optimization. Mark's earlier roles include Senior Director at Dassault Systèmes, as well as various leadership positions at Quintiq and OpenTV. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
