Gerald M. Shapiro

Mr. Shapiro’s innovative approach to providing national representation to mortgage lenders led to the development of the preeminent network of commonly owned law firms (LOGS). A combination of legal and mortgage expertise enabled him to expand LOGS services and yet remain attentive to the changing requirements and concerns for the banking industry.

Mr. Shapiro continues to foster his strong connections with leaders in all facets of the industry to ensure his clients receive the care which is the hallmark on which the organization was founded. With more than 45 years of private practice dedicated to the mortgage industry, he is widely experienced in coordinating multi-state representation of lenders in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate closings, and document preparation.
