Transformation Programme Delivery Lead at The London Clinic

Angie Evans has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Angie started their career as a Waitstaff and Housekeeping at Mount Holyoke College in 2005. After that, they worked as a Marketing Intern and Customer Service Assistant at The CBORD Group, Inc. In 2007, they joined Westfield State University as a Community Development Assistant until 2009. Angie then served as a Public Relations Intern at The Trustees of Reservations.

In 2010, Angie joined Professional Staffing Group as a Temporary Professional Employee, and at the same time, they became a University Support Coordinator at The CBORD Group, Inc. Angie transitioned to L.E.K. Consulting, where they worked as an IT Service Desk Engineer before being promoted to IT Service Desk Manager.

Angie switched to The London Clinic, where they took on various roles related to IT, such as IT Service Delivery Team Lead, IT PMO Administrator, IT Contracts and Supplier Manager, IT Business Analyst, and IT Business Change Lead. Currently, they hold the position of IT Business Change & QA Lead at The London Clinic since December 2022.

Angie Evans received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Westfield State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Belchertown High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Angie has completed several certifications in the field of IT, including Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, ITIL Specialist Certificate in Supplier Management, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, and PRINCE2 Practitioner, all obtained from BCS Academy. The certifications were obtained in various years between 2015 and 2019.
