Kirsty Reed

Kirsty Reed is an experienced program manager currently working at Birmingham City Council since January 2023. Concurrently, Kirsty serves as the Lead Safeguarding Trustee for the London Early Years Foundation and operates as a Transformation and Change Consultant independently. Previous roles include Family Hubs Lead at North Northamptonshire Council, Early Years Strategic Lead at London Borough of Newham, and Interim Safeguarding Consultant at RNIB. Additionally, Kirsty held the position of Transformation Lead at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and worked as a Transformation Consultant for the Tri-Borough partnership. Previous experience also features project management roles at Barnet Council and Tomorrow's People. Kirsty holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
