Kirsty Reed is an experienced program manager currently working at Birmingham City Council since January 2023. Concurrently, Kirsty serves as the Lead Safeguarding Trustee for the London Early Years Foundation and operates as a Transformation and Change Consultant independently. Previous roles include Family Hubs Lead at North Northamptonshire Council, Early Years Strategic Lead at London Borough of Newham, and Interim Safeguarding Consultant at RNIB.
