Sarah Crealy

Sarah Crealy is the Head of People at Five Good Friends and The Lookout Way. Sarah has a strong background in Human Resources, specializing in areas such as talent management, employee development, compensation, and organizational change management. Sarah has worked in various companies such as Arup, MSL Solutions, Madison Technologies, and Hatch, where Sarah held roles such as People & Culture Business Partner, Executive General Manager - Human Resources, and Manager, People and Change. Sarah is a graduate of QUT, with a degree in Business, Management and Human Resources, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of New England.
