Cristina Lucier has a diverse work experience in the fields of research, teaching, and program management. Cristina started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and later became a Doctoral student at Boston College. During this time, they conducted qualitative and quantitative research on social, environmental, and economic issues while also organizing course curriculum and instructing students.

After completing their doctoral studies, Cristina joined Lynn University as an Assistant Professor of Sociology.
