Julia Ferragamo has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Julia started their career as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at the Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) in 2013. In 2010, they worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Mercer before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager at Australian Volunteers International in 2014. At Australian Volunteers International, they later became a People and Culture Business Partner.

In 2019, they joined Intrepid Group as the Global People Operations Manager, where they led a team of Business Partners and supported the executive team and senior managers in resolving complex employee relations matters. Julia also oversaw restructure and team redesign activities while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Julia's most recent position was as the Director of People and Culture at The Lost Dogs' Home, which they started in April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Manager People and Performance at the same organization, where they led a team of People and Culture Advisors and was responsible for implementing and maintaining their Candidate Management System.
