Dave MacFarlane

Dave Macfarlane is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as General Counsel for Business Operations & Regulatory at The Lottery Corporation since June 2022, Dave previously held the position of General Counsel for Lotteries & Keno at Tabcorp from August 2018 to June 2022. A legal career began at Westminster City Council as a Legal Advisor, followed by roles as Corporate Lawyer at Professional Investment Services and Legal & Regulatory Advisor at Mercer. Dave was also a Senior Legal Counsel and Leader of NAB Wealth Advice Legal at National Australia Bank from January 2010 to May 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, obtained between 1996 and 2000, along with a Senior School Certificate from Rockhampton Grammar School.
