Jess Cheng has a solid background in marketing and management roles. Jess is currently working as the Head of Marketing at The Lottery Office since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Star Entertainment Group for eight years, starting as a Marketing Executive in November 2013 and progressing to Senior VIP Marketing Manager and eventually the role of Senior VIP Marketing Manager, Group Gaming. Jess also served as a Marketing Manager, Gaming during their tenure at The Star Entertainment Group. Before joining The Star Entertainment Group, Jess worked at Sydney Opera House as a CRM Marketing Analyst and in various marketing roles from April 2009 to November 2013.
From 2005 to 2010, Jess Cheng attended La Trobe University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Management.
