Disha Yadav is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, specializing in people analytics and operational strategies. Currently serving as the Director of People Technology, Operations, and Analytics at Lovesac since November 2023, Disha has held prominent roles including Global Director of People Analytics at Gap Inc. and People Insights and Analytics Leader at Cargill.
