Jo-Anne Longo is a Senior People Manager at Lovesac, overseeing associate relations and compliance. Prior to joining Lovesac, Jo-Anne worked at ITT Inc. for 16 years where Jo-Anne held various managerial roles in ethics and compliance, human resources, and leadership development. At Dow, Jo-Anne managed corporate training facilities and led continuing education initiatives. Jo-Anne holds a degree in Business Management from Empire State University and additional degrees in Information Technology and Occupational Therapy from SUNY Orange.
