Megan Preneta

Megan Preneta is currently holding the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Lovesac since December 2020. Prior to this role, Megan was the Senior Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at OnDeck from February 2018 to December 2020, where Megan was responsible for securities and governance counsel related to SEC and NYSE disclosures. Before their time at OnDeck, Megan worked as the Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel at Hubbell Incorporated from 2002 to 2017, where Megan was a key member of the executive leadership team and lead counsel for governance, compliance, executive compensation, and securities matters. Megan also held various legal positions at McKinnis and Lapera and Withers Bergman LLP before moving on to more senior roles in corporate legal departments. Megan's educational background includes a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a B.A. in Communications/Journalism, magna cum laude, from Stonehill College.
