Julia Guarino is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in tribal and environmental law. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Tribal Attorney for the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, Julia advises and represents the tribe in various legal matters and drafts essential tribal laws. Previous roles include Founding Director of Four Corners Rising, Staff Attorney at Western Environmental Law Center, and Attorney for the Navajo Nation Department of Justice, focusing on natural resources.
