Ashley Nightingale

Ashley Nightingale, Esq. serves as the Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Entertainment at The Lumistella Company since April 2024, following a role as Director of Technology IP & Data Legal at Morgan Stanley from May 2023 to April 2024. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Intellectual Property Counsel at The Lumistella Company from March 2019 to May 2023. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Psychology and Spanish from Auburn University, and a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Charleston School of Law.
