Sweta Chawla is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent development. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Ziki since April 2024, Sweta applies AI principles to enhance residential living experiences. As the Assistant Manager of Culture and Talent Acquisition at The Luxury Closet, Inc. since April 2021, Sweta contributes to maintaining the leading luxury marketplace in the GCC. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at TIA Consulting LLP, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Rivoli Group, supporting a large workforce. Sweta began the career as a Senior Sales Associate, demonstrating strong operational skills.
