A.j. McCloud has held a variety of positions in the culinary industry since 2014. A.j. began their career as the Culinary Director for Eureka! Restaurant Group in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Willi's Seafood and Raw Bar as the Chef De Cuisine. In 2017, they became the Executive Chef for North Italia. In 2018, they held two positions simultaneously, Regional Chef for Tocaya Organica and Culinary Director for The Madera Group.
A.j. McCloud attended the International Culinary Center, where they received a degree in Culinary Arts and specialized in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
