Andrew Small

Andrew Small currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation for the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., a position held since August 2023. Small has also been a mentor at LEAD since April 2022. Previously, Small was the Senior Physical Therapist for the Milwaukee Bucks from August 2017 to August 2023, contributing to the team's 2021 NBA Championship victory. Additional experience includes roles as a High Performance Advisor and Performance Director at Sportime | John McEnroe Tennis Academy and a Physiotherapist for Diving Australia Limited, where involvement included the Commonwealth Games and World Championships. Small’s early career included positions with Volleyball Australia and Mater, focusing on neurosurgery. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, both from The University of Queensland.
